By uploading content, you grant 云端追文网 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to: display and distribute your content, promote your work, create backups, and allow users to read, comment, and share your work.

2.3 权利保证 (Warranties)

您保证并声明：

• 您拥有上传内容的所有权利，或已获得必要的许可
• 您的内容不侵犯任何第三方的版权、商标或其他知识产权
• 您有权授予本条款中规定的许可

You warrant that you own all rights to your uploaded content or have obtained necessary permissions, your content does not infringe third-party copyrights, and you have the authority to grant the licenses specified in these terms.

2.4 未来货币化功能 (Future Monetization Features)

平台保留在未来引入货币化功能的权利（如付费章节、打赏、订阅等）。在引入任何货币化功能之前：

• 平台将提前30天通知所有用户
• 创作者可自主选择是否参与货币化功能
• 平台将公布收益分成比例和结算规则
• 创作者保留随时退出货币化功能的权利

当前状态：本平台目前完全免费，所有内容均可免费阅读。

The Platform reserves the right to introduce monetization features in the future (such as paid chapters, tips, subscriptions, etc.). Before introducing any monetization features: the Platform will provide 30 days advance notice to all users; authors may choose to opt-in to such features; the Platform will disclose revenue sharing ratios and settlement rules; authors retain the right to opt-out at any time. Current Status: This platform is currently completely free, and all content is available to read at no cost.

3. AI生成内容 (AI-Generated Content)

重要提醒：完全由AI生成的内容可能受到有限的版权保护。如果您使用AI工具创作， 请确保包含实质性的人类创作元素。

Important Notice: Purely AI-generated content may have limited copyright protection under current laws. If you use AI tools, ensure substantial human authorship is involved.

• 您必须如实标注您的作品是否使用AI生成
• AI辅助创作（人类主导）与完全AI生成有不同的法律地位
• 平台不对AI生成内容的版权状态做出保证

4. 版权侵权 (Copyright Infringement)

4.1 投诉流程

4.2 我们的响应

• 收到有效投诉后，我们将在24-48小时内调查
• 可能暂时禁用争议内容的访问
• 通知上传者并给予答辩机会
• 确认侵权后将永久删除内容并可能终止侵权用户账号

4.3 重复侵权者政策

我们将终止被认定为重复侵权者的用户账号。

5. 平台责任限制 (Limitation of Liability)

云端追文网作为平台提供商：

• 我们不对用户上传的内容承担责任
• 我们不保证内容的准确性、质量或合法性
• 用户自行承担使用平台的风险
• 我们对因用户内容产生的任何损害、损失或索赔不承担责任

We act as a platform provider and are not liable for user-uploaded content. Users bear responsibility for their own content and use of the service.

6. 赔偿 (Indemnification)

您同意赔偿并使云端追文网免受因您违反本条款或上传侵权内容而产生的任何索赔、损失、责任、 费用（包括律师费）的损害。

You agree to indemnify and hold 云端追文网 harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these terms or uploaded infringing content.

7. 内容删除权 (Content Removal Rights)

我们保留出于任何原因删除或禁用内容的权利，包括但不限于：
